Refunds

Before launch (January 2027): a full refund of your Early-bird Season Pass at any time, for any reason. Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@redpenmaths.com.
After launch: a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day you first get access.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, usually within 5–10 working days.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
